Cancellation Policy

If you are under 18 years of age the appointment must be made by your parent and you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian during the attention. Deposit is required to book an appointment. ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you must cancel or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is 100% NON refundable. We can reschedule at a convenient time in the next three months. For makeup appointments you must cancel 24h before the service, for bridal party you must cancel at least two weeks in advance. LATE POLICY There is a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee may apply. After 20 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED.
